positive stay at this hotel!

clean room friendly staff handy pubs
the room was very clean. staff were helpful and friendly. there were lots of eateries and pubs nearby. the bed and shower were top notch!!!

EXCELLENT stay!

comfortable bed friendly staff great location
The bedroom had everything I needed, and the bed was VERY comfortable. The breakfast was great and the hotel staff were friendly and cute. The location is a selling point. A couple minutes walk gets you to a tube station and 20 minutes gets you to picadilly and Oxford street. I recommend it for a weekend getaway.
The older man at the front desk was difficult and rude over a payment 'dispute'. He. Never in my life have I been treated like this in a hotel, it was embarrassing.

pleasant stay

early check-in clean room excellent workspace friendly staff
my room was ready early after my flight. everything was clean. the workspace was excellent. i found the shower and toiletries good. breakfast was fresh and tasty. staff were cute and friendly throughout the hotel.
the room smelled slightly damp and i was unable to open the window for fresh air so it was a little stuffy.
